Return and refund policy

Is the purchased Omniyou test not to your liking? Of course we want to solve this for you as quickly as possible. You can return the test kit withing 14 days of purchase. Returns are only possible under the following conditions:

  • The testkit has not been used. Sealed items, such as the swab and dri cap have not been opened.
  • The testkit contains all original contents.

Costs associated with returning the testkit are the buyer’s responsibility.

How much time do I have to return my order?

According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to change your mind, after receiving the test kit. Withing these 14 days, you must register the testkit for return by sending an email to . Once the testkit has been announced for return, you must return the packages within 14 days.

May I return the testkit if I have already used it?

The testkit can not be returned if it has already been used. Opened items that were previously sealed also count as used.  

What are the costs associated with returning my order?

Omniyou uses services from PostNL for sending her orders to customers. The testkit fits trough the mailbox and can thus be classified as a mailbox package. the costs to send a mailbox package within The Netherlands is currently €4,10. Please refer to the PostNL website to view the current costs or for the costs when the package has been send from abroad.

What happens once my returned testkit has been received?

We will inform you via email to confirm that we received the package.

We sturen je per email een bericht ter bevestiging van ontvangst van  het retourpakket. Na ontvangst storten wij binnen 5 dagen het aankoopbedrag retour. The purchase amount will be refunded withing 5 business days. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned package, or until the customer has shown that the packages has been returned. The refund will be returned via the payment method that has been used to purchase the testkit.

Under which circumstances is it NOT possible to return a testkit?

Used testkits can not be returned. Items that were previously sealed but have been opened are also seen as used.
