Terms and Conditions Omniyou
The Omniyou advisory report contains the results of your genetic test. The DNA kit you sent will be analyzed by us and the results will be processed by the systems of parent company Omnigen BV.

All results you will find in the report relate to the product you ordered . They are meant to help you in optimizing your objective. You should keep the following assumptions in mind when interpreting this report that may affect the application for you.

If you have been advised not to exercise by your doctor, we recommend that you to follow advice. Our report cannot change this. In compiling this report, we have assumed that you have no medical indications that make exercising unwise for you and that you are in good health and condition.

There can be various reasons why you should not follow the advice. should not be followed in this report. If at any time you are not sure what is best for you, please consult a doctor, sports or exercise expert or a dietitian.

Responsibility & liability
The advisory report has been compiled by experts with the greatest possible care. However, you always remain responsible for your own actions and the consequences thereof.

In addition, we have not assumed in this report that you have been ill frequently in the past twelve to eighteen months. Since we cannot determine this from your DNA results, we recommend that you take this into account yourself.

Never jeopardize your safety while exercising. If, for example, you cannot exercise safely due to medication, we advise you not to do this either.

Our advice is limited in scope. If you have allergies, we advise you to take this into account yourself, if you want to adjust your diet based on your DNA analysis. We cannot determine which allergies you have on the basis of your DNA. When in doubt, always consult a doctor or medical specialist.

Omniyou & Omnigen BV its employees and representatives accept no liability for damage or costs arising from following the advice below.

This exclusion of liability includes, but is not limited to:
● damage as result of loss of personal data;
● consequential personal damage;
● injury;
● direct or indirect damage to third parties or property of third parties;
● liabilities to third parties.< /p>

Remember that DNA acts as a blueprint for many of the processes in your body. However, they are also influenced by many other factors. So always include your environmental factors in the choices you make. This DNA analysis is solely intended to support you in understanding your body and can never be used alone to make important choices.

The above statement does not in any way affect your rights as consumer. And retaining none of the above reduces liability in the event of intentional fraud.

Data Processing
Omniyou & Omnigen will at all times handle your personal data with the greatest possible care and will only collect this personal data after you have given permission. The data that we process is only data that is necessary to be able to perform our services and will only be used for the purpose for which this data was provided. Including your address to send the DNA kit and your e-mail to keep you informed of the ordering process. Your data will be stored completely anonymously and securely. When you indicate that you want this, your data will be deleted, but from that moment it will no longer be possible to access the report, nor will you receive any further updates from the report. We only store your data when/as long as you give permission for this.
